Who we are
PROFILE: URSULA CONNOLLY (nee Kerrigan)
The Director of The People Skills Business is Ursula Connolly who has more than 15 years experience in developing and motivating individuals and companies to achieve successful results.
Combining dynamism and passion, Ursula has experience with internationally respected organisations in helping them align the development of their employees with their brand and strategic business objectives. She has led multi-cultural teams and managed large scale projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Her breadth of knowledge of Human Resources and the international service industry make her well equipped to work with senior management to help them recognise and solve key business issues. Her main focus is to help organisations engage and develop their people so that they in turn deliver great customer service and achieve desired business results. Ursula is also an experienced facilitator and presenter.
With experience on an operational, corporate and consultancy level, Ursula works with organisations such as Maybourne Hotel Group, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, InterContinental Hotel Group, D&D London (formerly Conran Restaurants), The Gleneagle Hotel Group Ireland, Kempinski Resort Hotel Estepona, PAUL UK, Woodhouse Hughes Executive Search and British Airways - North America. She has also worked as an Associate with Royal Bank of Scotland, Comet, Diperk, Brakes, Astra Zenica, Christian Salvesen and Specsavers.
An Irish national, Ursula holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Strategy from Guildhall University, London and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Ursula works with a network of experienced facilitators and consultants and can build a team to deliver a project as required.
